摘  要:为了解决斜纹夜蛾生物防治中天敌数量供应不足或不及时的问题,以斯氏侧沟茧蜂为材料,研究了不同发育天数对其滞育诱导以及滞育解除后成蜂羽化、寿命及产卵量等的影响。结果表明:斯氏侧沟茧蜂在适宜环境下发育1~3 d后进行滞育诱导处理,滞育率在98%~100%之间,成蜂羽化率在86.4%~90.0%之间;最佳诱导时间为发育1~2 d后,滞育率达100%;滞育茧在6℃黑暗条件下可保存3~5个月,有效地将蜂种的保存周期延长至原来的4~5倍;而且羽化后成蜂的寿命和产卵量等生物学指标均未出现退化,与非滞育处理无显著差异。In order to resolve the trouble of natural enemy quantity supply shortage or irreparable problem,parameters on diapauses regulation of Microplitis similis were studied.The results showed that the diapause rates and the best induction times were98%-100%and1-2days after development,respectively.The adult emergence rates were86.4%-90.0%,when the parasitized larvae wasp larvae were inducted for diapause after developed1-3days.The diapause cocoons could be preserved3-5months under dark conditions at6℃.The efficient storages were prolonged extension to originally4to5times.About the biological indicators of the adults emerged from diapauses cocoons and normal cocoons,such as fecundity and lifespans,no significant difference is present.
