摘  要:利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定了9种降压类中药材中镉、铬、砷等8种微量元素的含量;同时,以茶叶标准物质(GBW10016,GSb-7)作为参考,评价了该方法的准确度和精密度。结果表明:采用该方法测定镉、铬、砷等8种元素,其校正曲线的相关系数都在0.999 1以上,加标回收率为90.0%~105.0%,RSD<9.5%;采用该方法测定茶叶标准物质,其测定结果均在标准参考值范围之内,RSD在1.4%~11.4%之间,说明该方法的准确度高、精密度好。ICP-MS was applied to determinate8trace elements,such as Cd,Cr,As and so on in9traditional Chinese hypotensor.At the same time,take the tea standard substances(GBW10016,GSb-7)for reference,to evaluate the accuracy and precision by this method.The results indicated that using this method determinate eight kinds of elements,the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was over0.9991.The recovery rates of the procedure were90%-105%,and its RSD was lower than9.5%.When determinate the tea standard material by this method,the determination results were in the range of standard reference value,and RSD was between1.4%-11.4%.ICPMS showed high accuracy and good precision.
