摘 要:针对飞机"铝合金板材+钢螺钉"异种金属连接结构易腐蚀的问题,采用光纤Bragg光栅应变传感技术研究了飞机连接结构模拟件的腐蚀实时监测方法。结果表明,运用理论分析和参考光栅方法剔除温度变化对光栅波长的影响,使得光栅波长变化量可以较好的描述将不同时间下腐蚀引起的"枕垫效应"损伤程度,提高了实时腐蚀监测数据的精度,建立了腐蚀损伤与光栅波长变化量的关系。With respect to the corrosion problem of“the aluminum alloy sheet+the steel bolt”aircraft different metal joint structure,the fiber Bragg grating corrosion sensors technique was introduced to research on real-time corrosion monitoring of aircraft joint structure specimen.The results show that the influence of temperature changes on grating wave-length was eliminated using the theories analysis method and the reference fiber grating methods.The variation of grating wavelength was well described the“corrosion pillowing”by corrosion under different time and the accuracy of real-time corrosion monitor data were improved.The relationship between corrosion damage and the change of grating wavelength isestablished.
