摘 要:贮存寿命和贮存可靠性是装备产品重要的技术指标,现场贮存试验是确定产品贮存寿命和贮存可靠度的最直接最可信的方法,并可以验证加速贮存试验的正确性和有效性。针对"长期贮存、一次使用"的退化型和成败型产品,探讨了在可重复检测和破坏性检测情况下的现场贮存试验方法,给出了样品数量、测试间隔、测试频率等的确定方法,以获得贮存可靠性指标的准确估计。Storage lifetime and reliability are important technique index sign for equipment.Field storage testing is the most credible method to evaluate the storage life and storage reliability of products.Also it can verify the accuracy and validity of accelerated storage testing.The field storage test methods are described.for degradation-type Products and binomial products according to whether the performance testing could be repeated.And approaches to determine sample number,test interval,test frequency are given,which help to obtain more accurate estimates of storage reliability index.
