摘 要:综述了近年来聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)阻燃复合材料的最新研究进展。分别从共混阻燃PET复合材料和共聚阻燃PET复合材料两方面进行阐述。其中共聚阻燃PET复合材料根据添加型阻燃剂种类进行分类,包括碳微球、蒙脱土,环三磷腈类等;共聚阻燃PET复合材料根据共聚阻燃单体进行分类,包括2–羧乙基苯基次磷酸、[(6–氧–6H–二苯并–(c,e)(1,2)–氧磷杂己环–6–酮)–甲基]–丁二酸、1–氧基磷杂–4–羟甲基–2,6,7–三氧杂双环[2,2,2]辛烷等。总结了不同PET阻燃复合材料的优缺点,并指出了PET阻燃复合材料的发展方向。The latest research progress of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)flame retardant composites were reviewed,which were described from blending materials and copolymerization material for PET retardant respectively.For blending materials,they were classified according to the types of flame retardant agents,they include carbon microsphere,montmorillonite,cyclotriphosphazene,etc..For copolymerization material,they were classified according to the flame retardant monomers,they include2-carboxyethyl(phenyl)phosphinic acid,6-oxide-6h-dibenz(c,e)(1,2)oxaphosphorin-6-yl-butanedioic acid,1-oxo-4-hydroxymethyl-2,6,7-trioxa-1-phosphabicyclo[2,2,2]octane,etc..The pros and cons of different PET flame retardant composites were summarized,and the development direction of PET flame retardant composite was pointed out.
