摘　　要：实施退耕还林是党中央、国务院为改善生态环境做出的重大决策，受到了广大农民朋友的拥护和支持。退耕还林加快了国土绿化进程，增加了林草植被，减轻了水土流失和风沙危害强度。The implementation of the reforestation is a major decision made by the party central committee and the state council to improve the ecological environment,and is supported and supported by the friends of the farmers.The land greening process was accelerated by the return of cultivated land,and the vegetation of forest grass was increased,and soil erosion and wind and sand damage were mitigated.
