健康教育路径在经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折的应用

摘　　要：目的评价健康教育路径在经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折的应用效果。方法 62例采取经皮椎体成形术治疗的老年椎体压缩性骨折患者,按随机盲选法分为观察组与对照组,各31例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上重点实施健康教育路径,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组各项健康教育知识掌握评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者中,满意23例、较满意7例、不满意1例,满意度为96.77%;对照组患者中,满意9例、较满意10例、不满意12例,满意度为61.29%;观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折患者过程中,健康教育路径的实施效果优良,能够提高患者健康教育知识掌握能力,并提高患者对护理的满意度,因此值得采纳应用。Objective To evaluate application effect by health education path for percutaneousvertebroplasty in the treatment of senile vertebral body compression fracture.Methods A total of62senilepatients with vertebral body compression fracture receiving percutaneous vertebroplasty were randomly dividedinto observation group and control group,with31cases in each group.The control group received conventionalnursing,and the observation group received additional health education path to conventional nursing.Nursingeffects were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had all higher item scores ofhealth knowledge mastery than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).In theobservation group,there were23cases with satisfaction,7cases with comparative satisfaction and1case withdissatisfaction,along with satisfaction degree as96.77%.In the control group,there were9cases with satisfaction,10cases with comparative satisfaction and12cases with dissatisfaction,along with satisfaction degree as61.29%.The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction degree than the control group,and theirdifference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of health education path for percutaneousvertebroplasty in the treatment of senile vertebral body compression fracture shows excellent effect.It can enhancehealth knowledge mastery ability and improve nursing satisfaction degree in patients,thus this method is worthapplying.
