摘  要:针对机械工业中广泛存在的微动疲劳失效问题,自主设计开发了一套接触载荷实时可控的微动疲劳试验系统,研究了恒定接触载荷和交变接触载荷对6061-T651铝合金微动疲劳寿命的影响.结果表明:在交变接触载荷条件下,存在一个临界接触载荷使得微动疲劳寿命最低,且微动疲劳寿命随着平均接触载荷的增加呈现先减小后增加的变化行为;在低接触载荷作用下,交变接触载荷条件下的微动疲劳寿命明显低于恒定接触载荷条件下的微动疲劳寿命;在高接触载荷作用下,交变接触载荷与恒定接触载荷对微动疲劳寿命的影响相近.Fretting fatigue failure is a common existence in the mechanical engineering field.A self-designed frettingloading device,which is capable of applying a constant or cyclic contact pressure to specimen,was developed inthis study.A series of fretting fatigue tests on6061-T651aluminum alloy under constant contact pressure as well ascyclic contact pressure were investigated.The test results show that there existed a critical mean contact pressure,which resulted in a minimum fretting fatigue life of6061-T651aluminum alloy when it was subjected to cyclic contactpressure.The fretting fatigue life dropped rapidly first and then increased slowly with the increase of the mean contactpressure.For the mean contact pressure at low level,furthermore,the fretting fatigue life under cyclic contact pressurewas considerably lower than that under constant contact pressure.But for the mean contact pressure at highlevel,the effect of constant contact pressure and cyclic contact pressure on the fretting fatigue life showed no differences.
