摘 要:采用前驱液混合并结合反相微乳液法制备了壳聚糖/羟基磷灰石复合纳米粒.利用IR光谱表征了所得复合纳米粒的化学结构,通过Zeta粒度仪、透射电镜观察粒子粒径及形态,通过X射线衍射及热失重研究羟基磷灰石晶体生长情况和含量.并研究了前驱液中钙、磷离子浓度对复合纳米粒中羟基磷灰石晶体的影响.结果表明复合纳米粒中壳聚糖和羟基磷灰石相互结合紧密,呈球形,实现了纳米级分散.使用NaOH陈化,可以使羟基磷灰石晶体规整性增加.Chitosan/hydroxyapatite(CS/HA)composite nanoparticles were prepared by precursor mixing methodcombined with reverse microemulsion method.The chemical structures of the composite nanoparticles were characterizedby IR.The particle size and morphology were observed by Zeta meter measurement and transmission electronmicroscopy(TEM).The crystal growth conditions and content of HA in composite nanoparticles were investigated byX-ray diffraction(XRD)and TGA,respectively.Moreover,the effect of the concentration of Ca2+and PO43-in precursorsolution on hydroxyapatite crystal was also investigated.The results show that the composite is spherical andthe nano-scale dispersion of CS and HA is realized.After NaOH aging,the HA crystal regularity is improved.
