摘　　要：本文提出了一种无锌防锈颜料——碱式亚磷酸钙改性三聚磷酸二氢铝的制备方法。在一定的条件下,先合成出碱式亚磷酸钙;在实验室自制的研磨助剂存在下,用碱式亚磷酸钙对三聚磷酸二氢铝进行研磨改性,得到一种新型的不含锌的防锈颜料。将合成产物制成防锈涂料并涂板、测试耐盐雾能力,考察了碱式亚磷酸钙改性三聚磷酸二氢铝的防锈性能。本方法将三聚磷酸二氢铝改性到接近中性(p H=6.8),具备良好的使用性能。由于碱式亚磷酸钙与三聚磷酸二氢铝的协同防锈作用,在铁红醇酸防锈涂料中,表现出比磷酸锌更优秀的耐盐雾能力与漆膜附着力。A preparation method for zinc-free antirust pigment-basic calcium phosphate modified aluminium tripolyphosphate was established.Under certain conditions,basic calcium phosphate was synthesized.In the presence of self-made grinding aids,basic calcium phosphate was used to modified aluminum tripolyphosphate in order to prepare a new zinc-free antirust pigment.The synthetic product was made into anti rust paint and coated with board to test salt spray resistance.The antirust performance of basic calcium phosphate modified aluminum tripolyphosphate was investigated.Due to the synergistic antirust effect of basic calcium phosphate and aluminum tripolyphosphate,in the iron oxide red alkyd antirust coatings,the product showed better resistance to salt spray and paint film adhesion ability.
