摘  要:重晶石熟料水浸工艺是重晶石碳热还原法制备钡盐产品的关键环节,对重晶石熟料水浸过程热力学及动力学进行了研究。结果表明,重晶石熟料水浸过程主要有硫化钡的水解反应,二氧化碳与氢氧化钡生成碳酸钡的反应;该水浸反应属于液-固相非催化反应,符合缩芯模型,表观活化能Ea为39629.57J/mol,指前因子K0为4840.0484/min。Water leaching process of barite chamotte is a key in the preparation of barium salt.In this paper,study on the thermodynamics and dynamics analysis about water leach-ing process of barite chamotte was carry on.The results show that,the hydrolysis of bar-iumsulfide is easily proceed.Carbon dioxide and barium hydroxide is liable to the format-ion of barium carbonate.And the water leaching process of barite chamotte is a liquid-solid noncatalytic reactiondescribed by shrinking core model.Kineticparameters have been calcula-ted respectivelyfrom experimental data:apparent activation energy(Ea=39629.57J/mol)and pre-exponential factor(K0=4840.0484/min)of the reactions.
