摘　　要：1909年,在广西巡抚张鸣岐的努力下,广西谘议局成功筹办。这个广西历史上的第一个民意机构在清朝的最后两年里召开了两次常年会和一次临时会,不但多次开全国风气之先,还完成了辛亥革命中广西政权的和平过渡。他们留下珍贵的历史档案,对研究清末民初广西的政治生态和社会经济状况具有重要史料价值。With the efforts of Guangxi governor,Zhang Mingqi,Guangxi Provincial assembly was successfully set up in1909.The first public opinion institution in the history of Guangxi held two annual meetings and one temporary meeting in the last two years of Qing Dynasty.It did not only bring in the national trend many times,but also successfully completed the peaceful transition of Guangxi regime in the1911Revolution.They left precious historical archives,which has important historical value for studying Guangxi’s political ecology,social and economic situations in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic period.
