摘 要:加速度传感器广泛应用于故障诊断、振动测试等领域,但目前普遍采用的是普通型的加速度传感器,这种加速度传感器不具备现场校验功能和数据表窗口功能,导致加速度测试的自动化程度不高。针对这种情况,论文提出了一种IEPE型智能加速度传感器方案,有效解决了传感器内部模块供电、模拟信号与数字信号的混合传输、抗干扰等关键技术难题,采用低功耗、小型化的理念设计了自校验功能模块和数据表窗口功能模块,并将二者集成于传感器内部,从而满足了实际工程应用的需求。实验结果表明,论文设计的IEPE型智能加速度传感器具有体积小、抗干扰能力强、智能化程度高的特点,可有效提高加速度测试的自动化水平。Accelerometers are widely used in field of fault diagnosis and vibration measuring,but common accelerometers are used mostly,which don't possess functions of self-checking and electronic data sheets.As a result,the degree of automation of Acceleration test is low.In view of this situation,an IEPE intelligent acceleration sensor is proposed,some key questions,such as power supply of sensor internal modules,mixed transmission of analog signal and digital signal and anti-interference,are solved perfectly.The modules of self-checking and electronic data sheets are designed by using idea of low power consumption and miniaturization,and they are integrated in sensor,thus the needs of practical engineering applications are meet.Experimental results show that the IEPE intelligent acceleration sensor which is designed in this paper possesses advantages of small size,strong anti-interference ability and high intelligence degree,which can improve the automation level of acceleration test effectively.
