摘　　要：介绍电镀硬铬工艺在特殊螺旋副结构中的应用,阐述了该工艺的化学原理,工艺流程,工艺参数选择和控制。为电镀硬铬技术应用于特殊环境下做了有益的尝试性工作,取得不错效果。The article introduces the hard chromium plating process in the application of the special screw pair structure.It describes the process of chemical principle,process flow,process parameter selection and control.The beneficial trial work of hard chromium plating technology application in special environment has been done,good effect is obtained.
