摘 要:在参考国内外文献资料基础上,利用FORTRAN语言编写回热器流动换热计算程序,完成回热器流阻和换热特性计算。根据计算结果,设计、加工了U型管式回热器试验件。试验研究了燃气冷气流量比、温比、回热器与燃气流向夹角以及回热器套管等参数对回热器流阻换热特性的影响,并将试验结果与计算结果进行对比分析,验证校核了回热器数值计算方法的有效性。研究表明,温比对回热器的换热效率影响较小,流量比和回热器与燃气流向夹角对流阻和换热效率影响很大。Based on the relative references from home and abroad,the flow and heat transfer computation program of a recuperator for aero-engine applications was compiled by FORTRAN to calculate the flow resistance and heat transfer characteristics.According to the results,the U-shaped recuperator model for experiment was designed and constructed.The impact of gas/air mass flow ratio,inlet temperature ratio of gas and air,attack angle of gas,and guide vane on the performance of the recuperator was studied through experiments.Experimental results were compared with the numerical results and the methodology of calculation was verified.The results show that temperature ratio has less influence on the heat transfer efficiency of the recuperator than that of mass flow ratio and attack angle.
