摘　　要：目的:总结TUR-BT患者围手术期的护理。方法:回顾性分析238例TUR-BT病人的临床资料。结果:本组病人成功完成手术并顺利渡过围手术期,治愈129例、好转99例、无效10例,总有效率达95.8%。结论:完善术前、术后护理是TUR-BT病人手术成功的关键。Objective:To summarize the nursing care of patients with TUR-BT surgery in the perioperative period.Methods:The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed about238patients with TUR-BT surgery.Results:A group of patients successfully completed surgery and went through perioperation period smoothly,with129cases healed completely well,99cases had been getting better,10cases had no effect,and the total cure rate was95.8%.Conclusion:Improving the preoperative and postoperative nursing is the key to the success of surgery using TUR-BT.
