论“杯酒释兵权”对宋代武术的影响

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料等研究方法分析宋代武术的发展。研究认为:这一时期武术发展主要集中在军事、社会、娱乐、文艺等领域,军事武术带有明显的政治倾向;民间武术呈现中心下降、外延上升的发展趋势;娱乐武术进入新的发展时期;文艺武术形象的自我转变。这一时期的武术发展主要是重文轻武、民俗娱乐、群众广泛的特征,使得宋代武术在某种程度呈现出自上而下的政策引导与一种至下而上的民间武术发展趋势,这为宋代以后的武术发展提供了丰富的经验基础。With the literature and other research methods,the paper does an analysis of the development of Wushu in Song dynasty.The study shows:the development of Wushu in Song period mainly concentrated in the military,social,entertainment,the arts,and Wushu had obvious political tendency;folk Wushu had a declined center and the rise of extensions;entertainment Wushu entered a new period of development;the art image of Wushu had a self transformation.In this period,the development of Wushu had the main characteristics of folk entertainment,putting mental training above physical training.In the Song Dynasty Wushu to a certain extent,showed a top-down policy guidance and a downward trend in the development of folk Wushu,which provided rich experiences for the development of Wushu in the Song dynasty.
