高职院校大学生体型评价方法比较研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、测量法、数理统计法、分组法和ROC曲线法对南京交通职业技术学院学生进行身体成分的调查与研究;以BIA体脂率划分体型为标准,比较得出BMI、腰围和腰臀比这三种传统的体脂评价法均存在判断误差;腰臀比在预测高职院校男生体脂率时表现相对良好,腰围在预测高职院校女生体脂率时表现相对良好。The article uses the methods of literature,measuring,mathematical statistics,grouping and ROC curve method,to do an investigation and research of students body composition in Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology;taking the BIA body fat rate as standard.The study finds the BMI,waist circumference and waist to hip ratio the three traditional body fat evaluationmethods all have misjudges,and the waist to hip ratio method has better effect in evaluating male students body fat rate;and the waist circumference could assess the body fate rate of girls very well.
