摘 要:串联电池组的均衡能够提高电池寿命和能量利用率,基于电感的主动均衡策略具有结构简单、易于控制的优点,在工程技术中得到了广泛的应用。将基于电感的均衡电路进行模块化扩展,对多个均衡单元进行排列组合生成多种均衡电路,分析生成的模块化均衡拓扑工作原理,并对不同拓扑进行比较,研究相应的控制策略,提出一种通用的脉宽调制均衡控制方法,其实现简单、可移植性高,适用于所有基于均衡单元排列组合所得到的均衡拓扑。仿真和实验结果表明,不同的模块化均衡拓扑适用于不同的应用场合,所提出的通用均衡控制方法能够有效实现主动式均衡。The equalization of the cells connecting in series can improve the battery life and energy utilization.The active equalization scheme based on the energy transfer inductor has the advantages of simple structure and is easy to control.It is widely applied in the engineering practice.Modular extension of the equalization circuit based on the inductors was done.The permutation and combination of the equalization units could generate multiple kinds of equalization circuit.The working priciple of the generated equalization circuits was analyzed.The comparisons of the circuits were given and the corresponding control strategies were discussed.A general PWM control strategy was proposed,which was simple and high portability.It was applied to all the circuits generated by the equalization units.The simulation and experimental results show that different equalization has different applications.The proposed control strategy can realize active equalization effectively.
