摘　　要：河南省经济的转型发展为技术转移市场带来了机遇,也对技术转移人才提出了新的要求。本文以此为背景分析了河南省技术转移人才的现状,强调了技术转移人才队伍能力提升的重要性,提出了技术转移人才能力提升培养方案,对促进河南省技术人才队伍建设具有重要意义。The transformation and development of Henan's economy have brought opportunities for thetechnology transfer market,but also put forward new requirements for technology transfer talents.Under thisbackground,this paper analyzed the present situation of Henan province technology transfer talents,stressed theimportance of ability improvement in technology transfer talent team,and put forward training scheme to enhance the ability of technology transfer talent,which has important significance for promoting Henan provincetechnical talent team construction.
