摘　　要：计算机硬件技术和通信的发展,使得移动手持设备(如手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器等)发生着日新月异的变化。同时,大学生群体越来越倾向于使用手持设备进行阅读。在高校图书馆开展电子图书刊的借阅管理可以使得大学生更加方便、快捷地阅读自己所需要的书籍。同时也可以减轻图书馆管理压力,实现知识资源优化配置。With the development of computer hardware technology and communication,mobile handhelddevices(such as mobile phones,tablet computers,e-book readers,etc.)have changed rapidly.At the same time,college students tend to use handheld devices to read.In the university library carrying out borrowing management of electronic journals can make students more convenient and quick to read the books they need.At thesame time,it can reduce the pressure of library management and realize the optimal allocation of knowledge reources.
