摘　　要：基于机械火工品可靠性设计理论,建立了机械火工品设计和生产过程中的感度控制方法,系统提出了感度控制的实施步骤。以某一针刺雷管为例说明了感度控制范围的计算与实施,并对其可靠性进行了验证。本研究为高可靠性机械火工品的生产提供了技术参考。Based on the reliability design theory of mechanical initiator,the sensitivity control method of mechanicalinitiator during design and production was proposed,as well as the implement process was put forward.Take some stab initiator asan example,the calculation and implement of sensitivity control range were conducted,and the reliability was verified.The study givereference for production of mechanical initiator with high reliability.
