摘 要:为提高典型MTV诱饵剂在3~5μm、8~14μm波段的红外辐射亮度,采用固相烧结法制备Mn Fe2O4型红外陶瓷,将其添加到典型MTV诱饵剂中,并对其燃烧火焰的辐射特性进行研究。结果表明:当添加25%的红外陶瓷时,在2.5~3.0μm峰值辐射亮度降低了9.63×104W·m^(-2)·sr^(-1),在3~5μm峰值辐射亮度提高了4.05×104W·m^(-2)·sr^(-1),在8~14μm峰值辐射亮度提高了0.46×104W·m^(-2)·sr^(-1),同时,辐射面积增加了74.34cm^2。In order to improve the infrared radiation of the typical MTV decoy material in3~5μm and8~14μm,theMnFe2O4infrared ceramic was prepared by solid phase sintering and added into the decoy,as well as the infrared radiationcharacteristic of the combustion flame was investigated.The results show that,when adding25%of the infrared ceramic,the peakradiation brightness in2.5~3.0μm was decreased9.63×104W·m-2·sr-1,but in3~5μm,the peak radiation brightness was increased4.05×104W·m-2·sr-1,and in8~14μm,the peak radiation brightness was increased0.46×104W·m-2·sr-1.At the same time,theradiating surface area was increased74.34cm2.
