摘 要:采用分子动力学(MS)Blend方法,对端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)粘合剂与增塑剂癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)、己二酸二辛脂(DOA)、壬酸异癸酯(IDP)共混体系相容性进行了模拟计算,并对质量比1∶1 HTPB-Ⅲ/增塑剂及其84%固相填料浇注PBX药浆不同温度时的粘度进行了测试。结果表明:根据Blend法,可以得出增塑剂优劣次序依次为HTPB/IDP、HTPB/DOA、HTPB/DOS;随着温度升高,药浆表观粘度降低;不同增塑剂药浆表观粘度不同,其粘度从小到达依次为IDP、DOA、DOS,药浆表观粘度测试结果与模拟计算结果一致。The blending systems formed by hydroxy terminated polybutadience(HTPB)and different conventionalplasticizers(dioctyl sebacate DOS,dioctyl adipate DOA,pelargonic acid,isodecyl ester IDP)were calculated respectively throughthe Blend method of molecular dynamics,to predict the miscibility of these components,and the casting PBX slurry ofHTPB/plasticizers of which the mass ratio is1:1,and its84%solid filler were tested,under different temperature to get theapparent viscosity.The results show that the order of the compatibility of the blend system from high to low through Blend methodis HTPB/IDP,HTPB/DOA,HTPB/DOS,and the apparent viscosity of the slurry decreased as temperature rising,differs asdifferent plasticizer blended with,and of which the order from low to high is IDP,DOA,DOS.The apparent viscosity of the slurryobtained through test is in inline with the calculated results.
