摘  要:以Viton-A为粘结剂,通过溶液-水悬浮工艺制备HMX基PBX,重点研究了温度对HMX基PBX形貌及安全性能的影响。利用扫描电镜、XRD、DSC和撞击感度测试等方法对不同温度下制备的PBX进行性能表征。结果表明:当制备温度为60℃时,可以得到形貌完好的晶体颗粒,包覆前后HMX晶型结构没有发生变化,高聚物粘结炸药热安定性有明显提高,撞击感度特性落高H50由原来的20.88cm提高到57.2cm,安全性能有较大幅度的提高。本研究表明水悬浮法制备HMX基PBX的最佳包覆温度为60℃。PBX based HMX was prepared with Viton-A as binder by the water slurring method,and the effect oftemperature on the morphology and safety property of PBXs was studied.The PBXs prepared under different temperatureconditions were characterized by scanning electron microscope,XRD,DSC and the impact sensitivity test.The results showed thatthe crystal particles with good morphology can be obtained when the temperature was60℃,the crystal form of HMX after coatingdid not changed compared to the raw material,and the thermal stability of the polymer bonded explosive was increasedsignificantly when the preparation temperature was60℃,as well as the characteristic drop height of impact sensitivity changedfrom the original20.88cm to57.2cm,which indicated the safety performance was improved greatly.The study show that theoptimum coating temperature of PBX based HMX by water slurring method is60℃.
