摘 要:如何处理直流侧短路故障是电压源换流器型直流输电面临的一个技术难题。首先根据模块化多电平换流器的直流故障抑制机理对改进型子模块拓扑特点进行总结概括,针对其存在问题设计了额外功率损耗为零的反向阻断型半桥子模块拓扑及其构成混合子模块拓扑。然后根据回路电压方程研究混合子模块拓扑直流故障抑制特性,分析了子模块内电容电压平衡问题,设计了系统自励启动策略。最后在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建模型,对混合拓扑启动流程及直流故障抑制特性进行了仿真证明。How to deal with DC link fault has been a technical problem for the voltage source converter based HVDC.Several kinds of improved sub-module topologies were summarized firstly in this paper based on modular multilevel converter(MMC)DC fault suppressing mechanism.An improved sub-module and a hybrid sub-module with reverse-blocking half-bridge topologies were designed to solve the additional power consumption problem.Then according to the circuit voltage equation,the DC fault suppressing characteristics and sub-module capacitor voltage balancing problem were analyzed.What's more,a self-startup method was also designed.Lastly,the simulation model built in PSCAD/EMTDC has verified the self-startup process and DC link fault suppressing features.
