医院卫生技术评估在医用耗材管理中的应用

摘　　要：医用耗材费用控制已经成为医改重点工作,而管理的难点之一是医生选择高值耗材时的使用偏好。本文通过检索万方数据知识服务平台、上海交通大学学术信息资源系统等多个文献数据平台以及相关评估机构官方网站,深入研究了医院卫生技术评估(Hospital-Based Health Technology Assessment,HB-HTA)及其在医用耗材管理领域应用的相关文献,对这种方法在国内外的发展与应用进行了介绍和探讨,并对医院卫生技术评估投入国内医院使用的迫切性做出了陈述。文章的最后,我们对医院卫生技术评估在国内医院使用的可能性做出了展望。Medical consumables cost control has become the focus of health care reform,and one of the difficulties in the management is the choice of high-value c onsumables when it is used in clinical application.In this paper,through the retrieval of Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,Shanghai Jiao Tong University academic information resources system,many other data platform and relevant assessment agency official website,we studied hospital-based health technology assessment(HB-HTA)and related literature application in medical consumables management field in-depth.Under this premise,the development and application of this methodology in abroad and our country were described and discussed.Then we made a statement to the urgency of using HBHTA in the domestic hospital.We made a prospect for the possibility of using HB-HTA in domestic hospital in the end of this article.
