摘　　要：当前伴随中国产业结构的调整,城市片区更新设计项目呈增长趋势。针对以往城市设计中景观与建筑专业间合作理念落后、合作途径不畅和合作效率低下的问题,结合上海市闵行区沧源片区城市设计项目,探讨在产业更新为主导的城市规划设计中,风景园林师与建筑师合作模式的创新。以项目所面临的实际挑战为前提,提出了具体的方法与策略。通过合理发挥风景园林师在合作中的潜在主导作用,以风景园林师的身份引导工作方向以强化项目初衷,优化合作方式以保证项目进度和质量。With the adjustment of the industrial structure in China,the number of the urban renewal design projects is gradually increasing.Aiming at the problem of the backward concept,the blocked channel and the low efficiency of the previous cooperation between landscape architects and architects in the urban design projects,the paper discusses the cooperation model innovation between landscape and architecture in the urban planning and design which is dominated by the industry renewal.Based on the practical challenges faced by the project,the specific methods and strategies are put forward.The landscape architects should rationally play the potential leading role in the cooperation,and guide the work direction to strengthen the original intention of the project.The way of cooperation should be optimized in order to ensure the progress and quality of the project.
