摘　　要：如今的拜城虽然是新疆阿克苏地区的一个偏县、小县,但在历史上却位于古丝绸之路的中心线上;是当代产业方面的富裕县;是在历史、文化、民族、商贸、工业、农业和水资源等方面的特色县。通过在戈壁荒滩上超大型公园绿地项目的建设,立足当地生态本底与文化资源,激活拜城的文化遗产潜在价值;运用创新性的设计手法,以文化为脉,用多样性应对思想的极端性,用包容性促进各民族大团结。为当地居民和外来游客提供极具特色的休闲游憩场所,为新疆树立荒漠绿洲的生态典范,以此大力提升城市的核心吸引力。Although Baicheng is a small town in Aksu area of Xinjiang Province,it was on the centerline of Silk Road in history.It was outstanding because of its history,culture,business,nationality,industry,agriculture and water resources.Building an ultralargepark based on its natural and cultural resources is going to exploit cultural-heritage's potentialities.It will give prominence to itsmulticulturalism and eliminate extremist ideology.It will serve all ethnic groups rather than specific ones.It will make contributions tothe economic development and tourism growth.That is the designers's ultimate dream.
