摘　　要：干旱区湿地公园的保护对稳定绿洲、保护生物多样性、构筑人居环境具有重要意义。以典型的湿地科学调查为基础,分析干旱区湿地公园的特征,探讨湿地保护所面临的核心问题,提出协调城乡规划、协调水资源分配、科学划定湿地边界及保护分区、低扰动展示利用等对策。并结合天山北坡的新疆玛纳斯国家湿地公园规划的实际研究,解决其面临的生态缺水、城市建设威胁、农业生产干扰、生境破碎化等问题,以促进干旱半干旱地区湿地公园的健康发展。The protection of wetland park in arid areas is of great significance to the stability of oasis,the biodiversity conservation,and theconstruction of human settlements.The research is based on scientific investigations of typical wetland.The paper analyzed the characteristicof arid area wetland park and the core problem of wetland protection.Then it puts forward the strategy including coordination of urban andrural planning,coordination of water resources allocation,science delineated wetland boundary and protection zoning,low disturbanceutilization.Taking Xinjiang Manasi National Wetland Park planning research as the example,the paper explained how to solve the problemssuch as ecological water shortage,the threatened by urban development,agricultural disturbance,habitat fragmentation.
