摘　　要：目的:探讨CRRT与血液透析治疗慢性肾功衰竭合并高钾血症的疗效。方法:收治慢性肾功能衰竭合并高钾血症患者32例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用CRRT治疗,试验组采用血液透析治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组血清钾浓度均下降(P<0.05)。试验组价格显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CRRT与血液透析治疗慢性肾功衰竭合并高钾血症患者均能显著降低血钾浓度,但血液透析反应更快,价格便宜。Objective:To explore the curative effect of CRRT and hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure complicated with hyperkalemia.Methods:32patients with chronic renal failure complicated with hyperkalemia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with CRRT.The experimental group was treated with hemodialysis.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the serum potassium concentrations of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05).The price of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CRRT and hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure complicated with hyperkalemia all can significantly reduce the blood potassium concentration,but the response of hemodialysis was faster,and the price was cheap.
