小切口腺体切除术治疗中重度男性乳腺增生症的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨小切口腺体切除术在中重度男性乳腺增生症中的应用效果。方法:收治中重度男性乳腺增生症患者40例,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统开放式切除术,观察组采用小切口腺体切除术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、切口愈合时间、并发症发生率、治疗有效率和满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小切口腺体切除术在中重度男性乳腺增生症中的应用效果显著。Objective:To explore the application effect of small incision gland resection in the treatment of moderate to severe gynecomastia.Methods:40patients with moderate to severe gynecomastia were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery.The observation group was treated by Small incision gland resection.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the operation time,incision healing time,complications,treatment effectiveness and satisfaction were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of small incision gland resection in the treatment of moderate to severe gynecomastia was significant.
