伐昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗结核病合并带状疱疹临床疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨伐昔洛韦、阿昔洛韦治疗结核病合并带状疱疹的疗效。方法:收治结核病合并带状疱疹患者57例,随机分为观察1组和观察2组,观察1组采用伐昔洛韦治疗,观察2组采用阿昔洛韦治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:在观察1组,止疱时间、结痂时间、疼痛消失时间、治疗总有效率和后遗神经痛发生率均显著优于观察2组(P<0.05)。结论:伐昔洛韦治疗结核病合并带状疱疹的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of valaciclovir and acyclovir in the treatment of tuberculosis complicated with herpes zoster.Methods:57patients with tuberculosis complicated with herpes zoster were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation1group and the observation2group.The observation1group was treated with valaciclovir.The observation2group was treated with acyclovir.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:In the observation1group,the time of stopping blister,the time of scab,the time of disappearance of pain,the total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of residual neuralgia were significantly better than those of the observation2group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of valaciclovir in the treatment of tuberculosis complicated with herpes zoster was significant.
