摘　　要：目的:分析外固定技术治疗肱骨干粉碎性骨折的优越性。方法:收治肱骨干粉碎性骨折患者50例,分为对照组与联合组各25例。对照组给予内固定治疗,联合组在此基础上给予外固定治疗,比较两组患者的骨折愈合情况以及平均住院时间。结果:联合组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组患者的平均住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外固定技术治疗肱骨干粉碎性骨折具有突出价值,可提高患者的康复效果,缩短患者的住院时间。Objective:To analyze the advantages of external fixation technology in the treatment of humeral shaft comminuted fracture.Methods:50patients with humeral shaft comminuted fracture were selected.They were divided into the control group and the combination group with25cases in each.The control group was given internal fixation treatment.The combination group was given external fixation on this basis.The fracture healing and the average hospitalization time were compared between groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time of the combination group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External fixation technology in the treatment of humeral shaft comminuted fracture has a prominent value.It can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients,shorten the hospitalization time.
