血液滤过联合血液透析治疗尿毒症顽固性高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨血液滤过联合血液透析治疗尿毒症顽固性高血压的效果。方法:收治伴有透析顽固性高血压的常规透析患者30例,随机分为HD组和HDF组。HD组规律血液透析,HDF组规律血液透析+血液滤过。结果:HDF组治疗3个月后收缩压及舒张压较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05),HDF组治疗3个月后的血压下降较HD组明显(P<0.05),HDF组治疗3个月后的PTH水平较HD组下降得明显(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析滤过对尿毒症伴有顽固性高血压的患者降压效果好,对中大分子的毒素清除效果好。Objective:To investigate the effect of hemofiltration combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremic patients with refractory hypertension.Methods:30cases of hemodialysis patients with refractory hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the HD group and the HDF group.The HD group was given regular hemodialysis.The HDF group was given regular hemodialysis+hemofiltration.Results:After3months of treatment,the decline degree of systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the HDF group was significantly than before the treatment(P<0.05);the decline degree of blood pressure of the HDF group was significantly lower than that of the HD group(P<0.05);the decline degree of PTH in HDF group was significantly than that of the HD group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodiafiltration is effective in the treatment of uremic patients with refractory hypertension,and it has a good effect on the elimination of toxins.
