两种皮瓣修复手外伤指端软组织缺损的比较分析

摘　　要：目的:比较两种皮瓣修复手指指端皮肤软组织缺损的疗效及优缺点。方法:收治手指指端皮肤软组织缺损伤患者66例,给予邻指皮瓣及指动脉背侧皮支皮瓣修复术治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:66例手指皮肤软组织缺损患者皮瓣全部成活,随访12~18个月,皮瓣外观满意,手指功能正常。结论:邻指皮瓣、指动脉背侧皮支皮瓣均是修复手指指端皮肤软组织缺损的理想方法,在住院天数方面指动脉背侧皮支皮瓣更具优势。Objective:To compare the curative effects and advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of skin flap for repairing finger soft tissue defect of hand trauma.Methods:66patients with finger soft tissue defect of hand trauma were selected.They weren given cross finger skin flap and arteria digitalis dorsal cutaneous branch skin flap repair treatment.The treatment effect was observed.Results:The skin flaps of66patients with finger soft tissue defect of hand trauma were all survived.The patients were followed up for12to18months.The appearance of the skin flaps was satisfactory,and the finger function was normal.Conclusion:The cross finger skin flap and arteria digitalis dorsal cutaneous branch skin flap are the ideal methods to repair the finger soft vtissue defect of hand trauma.The arteria digitalis dorsal cutaneous branch skin flap is more advantageous in the hospital day.
