摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对改善青春期功能性子宫出血患者负性情绪的效果。方法:收治青春期功能性子宫出血患者100例,分为参考组和研究组。参考组采用一般干预,研究组采用护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组总有效率、SDS计分和SAS计分均明显优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预对改善青春期功能性子宫出血患者负性情绪的效果显著。Objective:To explore the negative mood improvement of patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding after nursing intervention.Methods:100patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected.They were divided into the reference group and the study group.The reference group was given general intervention.The study group was given nursing intervention.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate,SDS score and SAS score were significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The negative mood improvement of patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding after nursing intervention was significant.
