摘　　要：目的:探讨健康教育对痛风患者治疗和康复质量的影响。方法:收治痛风患者40例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用药物治疗,观察组采用药物治疗联合健康教育,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组血尿酸降低程度和复发率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育对提高痛风患者的治疗及康复质量具有积极意义,能降低复发率。Objective:To explore the effect of health education on the quality of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with gout.Methods:40patients with gout were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with drug treatment.The observation group was treated with drug therapy combined with health education.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the level of serum uric acid and recurrence rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education had positive significance to improve the quality of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with gout,and it can reduce the recurrence rate.
