摘 要:目的:分析长沙地区糖尿病及糖尿病前期流行病学状况和其危险因素。方法:抽取长沙地区长住居民2 961例,均给予相关体格检查及实验室检查,分析其糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率、危险因素。结果:糖尿病患病306例(10.33%),糖尿病前期患病690例(23.30%);男性患病率均高于女性;随着年龄的增长,其患病率均呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。年龄、文化程度、BMI、糖尿病家族史及高血压病史为糖尿病及糖尿病前期患者的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病及糖尿病前期患者其男性发病率均较女性高,且年龄、文化程度、BMI、糖尿病家族史及高血压病史为独立危险因素。Objective:To analyze the epidemiological status and risk factors of diabetes and prediabetes in Changsha area.Methods:2961cases of permanent residents in Changsha area were selected.They were given physical examination and laboratory examination.The prevalence and risk factors of diabetes and prediabetes were analyzed.Results:The prevalence of diabetes was306cases(10.33%),and the prevalence of prediabetes was690cases(23.30%);the prevalence rate of male was higher than that of female,and the prevalence rate was on the rise with the growth of age(P<0.05).The age,education level,BMI,family history of diabetes and hypertension were independent risk factors for diabetes and prediabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence rate of male is higher than that of female in patients with diabetes and prediabetes,and the age,education level,BMI,family history of diabetes and hypertension are independent risk factors.
