低年龄护理人员危急症护理核心能力系统化干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对低年龄段护理人员危急症护理核心能力进行系统化干预的效果。方法:选取从事临床护理工作5年以下的护理人员65名,采用自身前后配对方法分别在接受危急症护理核心能力干预前后使用问卷进行调查。结果:培训后低年龄护理人员危急症相关理论知识和护理核心能力显著提升(P<0.05);危急症护理核心能力7个维度培训前后比较中专业实践能力、专业技能、沟通协调能力3个方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对低年龄段护理人员采取系统化的干预措施,能够有效提升其应对危急症护理时的核心能力。Objective:To investigate the effect of systematic intervention on core competencies of critical care in low age nurses.Methods:65nurses who were engaged in clinical nursing work for less than5years were selected.Before and after the intervention of core competencies of critical care patients,the questionnaire survey was carried out by using the method of anterior and posterior matching.Results:After training,the theoretical knowledge of critical care and nursing core competence of junior nurses were significantly improved(P<0.05).There were significant differences in3aspects before and after the acute critical care of core competence training in7dimensions:professional practice ability,professional skills,communication and coordination ability(P<0.05).Conclusion:By adopting systematic intervention measures for nursing staff of low age,it can effectively improve the core competence of nursing care for critical care.
