大学生幸福体验与不同恋爱关系状态的相关研究--以韩山师范学院本科生为调查对象

摘　　要：为探讨当前大学生幸福体验程度及其与不同恋爱关系状态间的相关,采用大学生总体幸福感量表(GWS)对韩山师范学院276名大学生进行测查。结果表明,大学生总体幸福感与全国平均水平大体持平,且在性别、城乡上无显著差异;恋爱关系状态中"很好"、"较好"与幸福感显著正相关,且自我报告恋爱关系"很好"的大学生总体幸福感显著高于其他大学生群体,其他大学生群体总体幸福感差异不显著。据此建议:学校教育中应倡导大学生拓展人际交往、引导大学生把握自身状态、辅导大学生处理恋爱关系、指导大学生调整恋爱心态,帮助大学生正确看待恋爱现象,通过多种途径创造幸福人生。To explore the level of college students’experience of happines,a total of276college students were assessed with general well-being scale(GWS).The results show that the college students’comprehensive sense of happiness is the same with the national average,and there are no significant differences between gender,urban and rural areas;There are significant positive correlations between the experience of happiness with love relationship of“very good”and“good”,and college students who reported love relationship of“very good”have general well-being significantly higher than other groups.Accordingly,it is suggested school education should advocate in college students expanding their interpersonal relation,guide them to grasp their own status,teach them to handle their love relationships,guide them to adjust the attitude of love,help students to view love correctly,and create happy life through many kinds of ways.
