摘  要:针对城市内涝积水问题,设计研发了基于物联网与GIS技术的城市内涝监控预警与联合调度系统,实现了对道路、下沉式立交桥等城市积水点的视频信息、积水深度以及城市排水管道水位信息、泵站蓄水池水位信息的实时监测与在线传输。将这些反映城市当前积水状况的数据与排水泵站进行链接,当监测数据达到系统设置的阈值时,可自动开启或关闭泵站,实现城市内涝排水的自动化、智能化管理,为及时有效解决城市内涝问题提供了高效的管理手段;同时,可在积水点周边路口对积水严重等级进行公示,给来往车辆及行人提供预警,以免造成不必要的人身财产损失,实现城市管理的智能化和人性化。In order to solve the problem of urban water-logging, the urban waterlogging monitoring and early warning and joint scheduling system based on the Internet of things and GIS technology was developed in this study. This system could monitor and transfer the data of water depth and video, as well as water level of urban drainage. All of that data, which reflecting current situation of water-logging, would connect with the drainage pumps, when the set threshold is hit, relative pumps can be turned on or off automatically, by which urban waterlogging drainage management can be more automatic and intelligent. And the system provides an efficient, timely approach to urban water-logging problem management. A warning sign can be set around the monitoring place, warning pedestrians of the water depth, so that unnecessary person and property loss can be avoid, achieving the intelligent and humanistic urban management.
