香港高校体育社团运行机制及其启示

摘　　要：从制度环境、经费管控、风险管理3个层面探讨香港高校体育社团运行机制,认为香港高校体育社团运行机制对内地高校体育社团有3个方面的启示:一是注重依法治理,建构体育社团管理的法治思维模式;二是注重专业化管理,打造体育社团运作的专业团队;三是注重资源整合,提升体育社团的资源整合能力。The author probed into3levels of Hong Kong university sports association running mechanism:institutional environment,fund management and risk management,and concluded that Hong Kong university sports association running mechanism has inspirations in3aspects to university sports associations in China's Mainland:1)valuing governance according to law,establishing the rule-by-law thinking mode;2)valuing professional management,building professional teams for sports association running;3)valuing resource integration,enhancing sports associations’resource integration ability.
