摘 要:以葡萄砧木4个杂交组合河岸葡萄(♀)(V.riparia)×左山75097(V.amurensis)、泰山-11(V.amurensis)×河岸-2(V.riparia Mcadams)、泰山-11(V.amurensis)×Constantia(V.rupestris)、5BB(V.berlandieri×V.riparia)×黑龙江实生(V.amurensis)的亲本及其81株F1代杂种为试验材料,通过人工低温胁迫处理一年生休眠枝条,测定相对电导率、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸及可溶性糖等4项生理指标,利用隶属函数法综合评价了各株系的抗寒性。结果表明:4个杂交组合的后代抗寒性出现了分离,总体上介于双亲之间,但也存在有超高亲或超低亲现象,表现为多基因控制的数量性状遗传特点,且抗寒性遗传倾向于抗性弱的方向。本研究并筛选出高抗和抗寒杂种,以期用于抗寒砧木新品种选育。Using the grape rootstock parents and their81progenies from four cross combinations including V.Riparia(♀)(V.riparia)×Zuoshan75097(V.amurensis),Taishan11(V.amurensis)×V.riparia Mcadams(V.riparia),Taishan-11(V.amurensis)×Constantia(V.rupestris)and5BB(V.berlandieri×V.riparia)×Heilongjiangseedling(V.amurensis)as experimental materials,four physiological indicators including relative conductivity,soluble protein,proline and soluble sugar of annual dormant grapevine branches were measured by artificial lowtemperature stress treatment.Then,comprehensive evaluation of the cold resistance level of rootstock hybrids wascarried out by subordinate function method.The results showed that the hybrids of four combinations presented coldresistance separation and the resistance level of hybrids between both parents in general,but there existed the ultrahighor ultra-low parent phenomenon.The cold resistance of grapevine presented a quantitatively inherited characterof polygene controlled and tended to weak resistance direction.The hybrids with high cold resistance selected willbe used for further breeding new stock varieties.
