摘 要:针对塔里木油田塔中志留系低孔低渗储层油气产能低的难题,开展了大量水力加砂压裂改造技术研究。本研究形成了一套低浓度瓜尔胶压裂液体系,在塔中志留系储层实践后增产效果明显。该体系突破了"最低临界瓜尔胶浓度"限制,采用新型硼化合物交联剂使压裂液体系瓜尔胶浓度比常规体系下降40%,大幅降低了压裂液残胶和残渣对水力裂缝导流能力和储层的伤害。为后续的低孔低渗储层压裂改造提供指导。In view of the problems of low oil and gas productivity in Silurian low porosity and low permeability reservoirs in Tarim oilfield,A large number of hydraulic sand fracturing technology.In this study,a low concentration guar gum fracturing fluid system was developed,The effect of increasing production is obvious in Silurian Reservoir in Tazhong area.The system breaks through the“minimum critical guar gum concentration”limit,A new type of boron compound crosslinking agent was used to reduce the guar gum concentration of fracturing fluid system40%,It greatly reduces the ability of the residual oil and residue of fracturing fluid to the hydraulic fracture conductivity and reservoir damage.To provide guidance for the subsequent fracturing of low porosity and low permeability reservoirs.
