摘 要:采用火焰喷涂方法在M152不锈钢基体上制备了铜铝镍石墨可磨耗涂层,对涂层试样进行了静态空气下550℃和577℃的热稳定性试验,研究分析了涂层的硬度、结合强度和高温高速可磨耗性随保温时间的变化。结果表明:铜铝镍石墨涂层在550℃和577℃保温1000h后,硬度没有明显变化,结合强度提高了2倍以上,涂层与GH4169模拟叶片对磨的可磨耗性基本未受影响,IDR<3%,可磨耗性优异,初步分析了涂层热稳定性的影响因素。A copper aluminum nickel graphite abradable coating was prepared with the flame spraying method onM152stainless steel substrate.Thermal stability of coating specimens were tested in the static air under550℃and577℃respectively.The vibration of coating hardness,bonding strength and abradability with the thermal stabilityholding time was tested and analyzed.The results show that coating hardness did not change significantly after1000h thermal aging both at550℃and577℃,while coating bonding strength increased more than2timesthan the as-sprayed state.Coating abradability rubbed by GH4169simulation blade under high temperature andhigh velocity conditions was not affected,IDR<3%,which indicates excellent abradability.The factors affectingcoating thermal stability were analyzed.
