摘 要:采用微束等离子喷涂方法在功率小于1.5kW的条件下制备了铜涂层。研究了喷涂电流强度对涂层形貌、组织结构和性能的影响。用扫描电镜(SEM)观察涂层的形貌和组织结构,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对涂层进行物相分析,用LECOTC316气体抽提仪测定涂层氧含量以及用SIGMATEST电导率测量仪测量涂层的电导率。结果表明,在实验条件下,喷涂电流对涂层的组织结构和性能产生较大的影响。随着电流的增加,涂层的颜色由橙色变为砖红色最后变为黑色。涂层的成分由铜转变为铜和铜的氧化物。涂层的氧含量和沉积率随着电流强度的增加而增加。涂层的电导率随着电流强度的增加先增加后减小,在喷涂电流为30A时涂层的电导率最好,为17%IACS。Copper coatings were deposited by micro-plasma spraying method under the condition of power lessthan1.5kW.The influence of the spray current on the Morphology,microstructure and properties of coatings wasinvestigated.The surface morphology and cross section of coatings were observed by SEM.The phase compositionof the coatings were analysed by the XRD.The oxygen content of the coating was measured by LECOTC316gas extraction apparatus.The conductivity of the coating was analyzed by SIGMATEST electrical conductivitymeasuring instrument.The results showed that the spray current have large influence on the microstructure andproperties of coatings.As the current increased,the color of the coatings changed from yellow to brick red andto black,the composition of the coating changes from copper to copper and copper oxides,the oxygen contentand conductivity of the coatings increased when the current increase.The electrical conductivity of the coatingsincreased and then decreases with the increase of the current,and it reached the best value of17%IACS when thecurrent is30A.
