摘 要:对采用热喷涂技术制备的热障涂层,在试样陶瓷表面刷涂定量配置的75%Na_2SO_4-25%NaCl饱和溶液进行热腐蚀试验,对试样采用SEM、EDS和XRD等方法进行分析,结果表明:粘结层、热生长氧化物(TGO)层以及基体等均受到不同程度的热腐蚀影响,陶瓷面层相结构未发生转变,但对于稳定性能有一定的影响,熔盐热腐蚀破坏涂层的完整性,腐蚀对NiCrAlY和基体的影响最大。In this paper,the thermal corrosion tests of the thermal barrier coatings prepared by thermal sprayingwere carried out on the surface of the samples by75%Na2SO4-25%NaCl saturated solution.The samples wereanalyzed by SEM,EDS and XRD.The results showed that the growth of oxide layer,thermal bonding(TGO)layer and the substrate were affected by the hot corrosion of different degrees of impact,the ceramic surface layerstructure did not change,but there was a certain influence on the stability.Molten salt hot corrosion damaged tothe integrity of the coating and corrosion had the greatest influence on NiCrAlY and substrate.
