摘  要:研究了DQS-1催化剂的组成、微观结构和形态且评价了其聚合性能。结果表明:与DQC催化剂相比,DQS-1催化剂含有新的内给电子体组分,具有高的比表面积和孔容积;用于丙烯聚合时,具有更高的立构定向能力和改善的氢调敏感性;DQS-1催化剂在连续法环管工艺聚丙烯工业装置上成功应用,具有更好的流动性和略高的聚合活性,可减少外给电子体及氢气用量,进而减少聚丙烯的灰分含量;DQS-1催化剂具有更高的乙丙段序共聚合能力,这有利于高抗冲聚丙烯的生产。The components,microstructure and morphology of DQS-1catalyst were characterized as well asits polymerization performances.The results show that DQS-1catalyst contains new internal donors,the specificsurface area and pore volume of DQS-1are larger than those of DQC catalyst.It exhibits higher stereospecificityand sensitivity to hydrogen response when used for propylene polymerization than DQC.It has been appliedindustrially in a continuous loop reactor for propylene polymerization with high fluidity and polymerizationactivity.The use of external electron donor and hydrogen consumption can be cut down to eliminate the ashcontent in polymer resin.In addition,DQS-1performs excellently in ethylene-propylene two stage-sequentialcopolymerization,which is in favor of high impact polypropylene production.
