摘　　要："十五"中国地震前兆台网观测数据依照设计存储在Oracle 10g数据库中,国家地震前兆台网中心汇集全国地震前兆观测数据,面对日益增长的庞大数据库,难以使用常规备份方式进行备份和迁移。在经历国家地震前兆台网中心主数据库磁盘阵列故障和地电学科中心数据库崩溃后,笔者提出适用于大型前兆数据库全库备份的准在线冷备份方式,并且运用到实践,取得良好效果。对国家中心数据存储架构调整进行讨论,以规避将来可能的数据风险。The observed data of the tenth-five year plan China earthquake precursor network are designed to be stored in Oracle10g database,which are gathered in Nation Earthquake Precursor Network Center.Such a growing large database is difficult to backup and migrate using normal oracle backup methods.After the disk arrays failure of Nation Earthquake Precursor Network Center master database and the collapse of geoelectric center database,the author introduce quasi-online cold backup method which is suitable for full backup of large precursor database,has been proved effective in practice.The redesign of data storage architecture for Nation Earthquake Precursor Network Center is also discussed in case of future data risk.
